To Clean


· Use warm water mixed with plain, liquid dish soap.

· Let your piece sit in water for about 10 to 15 minutes.

· Follow with a soft toothbrush to gently clean.

· Soak a bit more before rinsing and patting dry.

To Keep


· While gold is durable, it’s not invincible. Avoid using baking soda, toothpaste, or other abrasives to keep gold’s lustre.

· Remove your jewelry before swimming in chlorinated pools.

· To avoid bent or misshapen rings,
remove before weight training or other heavy lifting.


To Store


· Our intricately woven Snake and
Herringbone chains require extra
care due to their delicate nature.

· Lay your chains flat, in their natural
position to avoid kinks.

· Be mindful when taking it on and off
to not bend the chain.

· Remove before sleep, and avoid
wearing during any strenuous


To Clean

· Clean your pearls and follow with a
rinse in clean, fresh water.

· Gently wipe dry after rinsing.

To Keep


· Avoid using cleaning cloths designed for gold as they may contain chemicals that could damage pearls.

· Always put your pearls on after applying your makeup, perfume, hairspray, and other chemicals.

· When not wearing, store them separately in a soft cloth or pouch.

How long does it take for a piece to be sent out for delivery?


It all depends on the piece. Generally, we take about 7 - 10 days to make our Welleree pieces. See our
shipping section below for details.

When will I receive my order?


Since most of our pieces are made to order, please allow 7 - 10 business days for production (excluding
weekends and holidays) plus specified shipping time. Plus, be sure to check your desired product’s
description for a more detailed timeline. Orders placed over the weekend and major holidays are fulfilled the next business day. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.

-Domestic shipping to Canada and the United States will be via Canada Post Standard 3-9 business days.
-Shipping is free to all orders within Canada
-Shipping is free for all orders within the United States over $150 USD.
-International shipping will ship with Canada Post international 6-10 business days for a flat rate of $50
CAD. Please note that delays can occur that are out of our hands once the package has been mailed out.

Can I have my order expedited?


Most of our pieces are made to order, and therefore take about 7-10 business days for production time.
However, if you require a rushed order please reach out to us at and we’ll do our best to accommodate your timeline.

Can I return my items?


We accept returns for unworn and unused items within 30 days of receiving. We’ll request a standard $10 return fee, which will be deducted from the refunded total. Once we receive your returned item, we’ll determine if the piece is eligible for a full refund.

Please contact us at with your order number and name associated with the order for any returns or exchanges. Once received we will send you the necessary shipping information to mail back
the item to Welleree.

Unfortunately we do not accept returns or exchanges on orders outside of Canada and the United States.

Are duties and taxes included?


Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Welleree is not responsible for these charges if they are applied
and are your responsibility as the customer.

I haven’t received my order yet, what should I do?


If you haven’t received a shipping update, and you think your order was delivered, we’re no longer
responsible for lost orders once the courier has marked your package as “delivered.”

Alternatively, check with your neighbors if your package has been delivered, but you have not received it.

How can I check the status of my order?


Once your order has shipped, we’ll send you an email notification with your tracking number to check
your order’s status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

How do I make changes to or cancel an order I’ve already placed?


Please reach out to us at no later than 24 hours after your order has been received and we’ll do our best to make your adjustments.

How do I clean my Welleree piece?


Proper and gentle cleaning is important to keep your pieces looking new and can help them last. We have our care instructions included with every order, and you can find them here.

What is the best way to give my gold a quick shine/polish refresh?


If you would like to give your gold Welleree piece a refresh, we recommend using the polishing cloth
enclosed in your order.

To use: Be sure your jewelry is free from dust and other abrasives. Gently rub the surface to be polished. Each cloth has special chemical cleansing agents and non-scratching micro-abrasives.

How does 14k gold wear over time? What classifies as general wear and tear?


As durable as solid 14k gold is, it is still a soft metal and everyday care is needed. It is best to remove your
jewelry when lifting weights that can apply pressure onto your fingers and scratch or misshapen rings.

Precious metals like 14k gold naturally dent or scratch over time as you wear them during your life
adventures. This is a normal 'weathering' aspect of all jewelry.

Please note that wear and tear in the course of normal use is not considered a manufacturing fault.
