THE BENEFIT OF SOLID GOLD
PIECES MADE TO last THROUGH all seasons.
Our jewelry is how we express ourselves. They are keepsakes, treasures, and part of our daily rituals. That is why we want them to withstand the tests of time and our everyday wear. We choose to craft our pieces out of 14k gold above all for its strength and resilience that will keep its lustre for the years to come.
OUR transparent APPROACH to JEWELRY
We’re committed to clarity — and will always share our materials and sourcing. We choose to work with solid 14k gold for its benefits like durability, its gentleness on sensitive skin, and how it can be worn through even your busiest days without worry, because we believe gold is an investment and a choice for the long-term.
YOUR JEWELRY CARE ADVICE
OUR PIECES are MADE TO LAST — & PROPER CARE can ensure THEY DO.
· Use warm water mixed with plain, liquid dish soap.
· Let your piece sit in water for about 10 to 15 minutes.
· Follow with a soft toothbrush to gently clean.
· Soak a bit more before rinsing and patting dry.
· While gold is durable, it’s not invincible. Avoid using baking soda, toothpaste, or other abrasives to keep gold’s lustre.
· Remove your jewelry before swimming in chlorinated pools.
· To avoid bent or misshapen rings,
remove before weight training or other heavy lifting.
· Our intricately woven Snake and
Herringbone chains require extra
care due to their delicate nature.
· Lay your chains flat, in their natural
position to avoid kinks.
· Be mindful when taking it on and off
to not bend the chain.
· Remove before sleep, and avoid
wearing during any strenuous
· Use warm water mixed with plain, liquid dish soap.
· Clean your pearls and follow with a
rinse in clean, fresh water.
· Gently wipe dry after rinsing.
· Avoid using cleaning cloths designed for gold as they may contain chemicals that could damage pearls.
· Always put your pearls on after applying your makeup, perfume, hairspray, and other chemicals.
· When not wearing, store them separately in a soft cloth or pouch.

What is the best way to give my gold a quick shine/polish refresh?
If you would like to give your gold Welleree piece a refresh, we recommend using the polishing cloth
enclosed in your order.
To use: Be sure your jewelry is free from dust and other abrasives. Gently rub the surface to be polished. Each cloth has special chemical cleansing agents and non-scratching micro-abrasives.
How does 14k gold wear over time? What classifies as general wear and tear?
As durable as solid 14k gold is, it is still a soft metal and everyday care is needed. It is best to remove your
jewelry when lifting weights that can apply pressure onto your fingers and scratch or misshapen rings.
Precious metals like 14k gold naturally dent or scratch over time as you wear them during your life
adventures. This is a normal 'weathering' aspect of all jewelry.
Please note that wear and tear in the course of normal use is not considered a manufacturing fault.
How can I check my ring size before placing an order?
There are several ways you can check your ring size.
1. If you already have a ring for the finger you are looking for, you can follow this (infographic).
2. No ring? No problem. Follow this (infographic) instead.
3. Need a bit more help? Send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll give you a hand.
Where is Welleree based?
Welleree is founded and based in Vancouver, British Columbia.
How does Welleree give back to the community?
At Welleree, women in need have a special place in our heart. For every piece of Welleree product sold,
we’ve committed ourselves to giving 1% of our yearly profits to a non-profit called ACT 2 that helps transform the lives of those who have experienced the effects of violence, sexual abuse, and trauma in their
lives through counseling, education, and housing. We believe women are often underrepresented and under-supported, and we want our Welleree pieces to be daily items that you’ll be proud to wear and proud to own.
